Healthy Vegetarian Thanksgiving Recipes
One of the most annoying things is searching for recipes and having to go to 10 different websites to find them. I’ve been posting a lot of Thanksgiving themed recipes the past two weeks and thought it would be helpful to have them all in one place! Turkey is a big part of Thanksgiving but what happens when you don’t eat it like me? These healthy vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes will ease your mind on what to make!
Starters

Mains
The Perfect Fall Salad is so hearty that I would consider it a “bowl” vs a “salad.” It can be considered a side dish but I actually think it is better suited as a main dish. Click here for the recipe.
One of my all time favorites and what I’ll be having on Thanksgiving is Spaghetti Squash! So easy to make and you can play around with the sauces. Even the turkey eaters will be jealous. Click here for recipe!
Sides
This is definitely my favorite category. I could honestly eat only sides and be happy.

And to round it off we have a holiday favorite- Roasted Chestnuts. This is something I attempted last year but was too late in the season. Chestnut season is right around now (Christmas is too late).
