    I like to think of an accountability health coach as part therapist, part nutritionist and your biggest fan.

    We will work together to build habits that not only last but that you enjoy and seamlessly fit into your life.

    My philosophy is all about balance and moderation, and waking up feeling amazing each day.

    We achieve this by actively communicating and checking in on goals we set together.

    Health isn’t just about food; it’s about relationships, career, spirituality, movement, home environment, etc.

    Hi everyone! My name is Veronica Victoria Olszowska and my purpose in life is to help people achieve their health goals.

    I attended NYU for my undergrad degree and then became certified as a coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have 10+ years of experience working in the corporate world. I have completed a 500 hour Pilates certification that includes reformer and mat Pilates and am a certified sound healer. I also am the founder behind Veronica Victoria Wellness- a private wellness practice! 

    My journey began back in high school when I suffered from daily severe tension in my neck and shoulders which led to headaches. After many trips to the doctors and even a few MRIs, nothing was solved; I was told, “it’s just where you hold stress, try and relax.” It wasn’t until I started paying attention to my wellness habits in my 20’s that I discovered it was what I was putting into my body that was the leading cause of my discomfort. 

    Since then, I have learned to listen to my body and understand that what we put into it as well as what we surround it with contributes to our overall health (mental & physical). 

    My goal is to help people make these discoveries so that they don’t have to live through life with any discomfort. I look forward to us working together!

Whenever I eat this salad peoples think it’s a Cesar Salad! Close, but not quite! I actually think it tastes better and I know exactly what I’m putting into it!

*for homemade roasted sunflower seeds aka “the crunch”- put raw (unsalted, unroasted) sunflower seeds on a dry pan and add cayenne pepper- let heat up and roasted about ~3 minutes or until golden!

I used to get headaches all the time but since I started eating intuitively and paying attention to my body (listening when it needs rest, feeding it supplements that it needs and avoiding foods that don’t make me feel good), my headaches are very rare!
On the occasion that I do get one, I wanted to something that was natural so I gave White Willow Bark drops a try about a year ago. I was shocked they worked!!
I keep a bottle in the house and then take one with me in my bag when I’m out of the house or for traveling.

•white willow bark contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin
•the herb itself has anti-inflammatory compounds

One of the most dreaded workouts but there are so many variations and I always say to listen to your body and what you can handle! 

Planks aren’t just for the abs also- they activate other muscles including the glutes, hamstrings and lower back (especially when I add a leg lift 🤪)

I wasn’t going to post this video because I didn’t like how it came out with the seaweed in the front.
