Almond Flour Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookies
I love a good chocolate chip cookie and I am on a mission to create a yummy (more) healthy one at home and so here we are with these soft almond flour tahini chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients
Almond Flour (1 cup)
Tahini (1/4 cup)
Egg (1)
Honey (1/3 cup) Or Sugar if you’d like (1/3 cup)
Melted Coconut Oil or Almond Oil (2-3 tablespoons)
Baking Soda (1/4 teaspoon)
Salt (pinch)
Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup or as much as you’d like)
Mix all wet ingredients together- Tahini, Egg, Honey, Vanilla Extract. Slowing mix in Almond Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.
Fold in Chocolate Chips.
Bake at 350F for 12 minutes. Let sit in oven 2 minutes after turning off. Take out and let cool.
