Yummy Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Smoothie
I usually alternate between a homemade juice or smoothie in the morning and I just put together this Yummy Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Smoothie! I’ve been having it everyday and cannot get enough!
This smoothie also has a lot of healthy fats and fiber which will definitely get things moving and keep you full!

Ingredients
Frozen or Fresh Mango (1/4 cup)
Apple (1/3)
Turmeric Powder (1-2 teaspoons)
Chia Seeds (1 teaspoon)
Flax Seeds (1 teaspoon)
Oat Bran (1 teaspoon)
Almond Butter (1 teaspoon)
Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
MCT Oil (1 teaspoon)
Natural Protein Powder (optional, 1 tablespoon) I like this one by Gym & Tonic
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
Blend well and enjoy!
