Gluten-Free Chestnut Flour Waffle Recipe
I’m usually an egg or avocado toast breakfast person but low key my favorite “sweet” breakfast food is waffles. At home you have the freedom to make them as you wish aka gluten-free and healthy like these chestnut flour waffles. I highly recommend you guys buys a waffle maker if you don’t have one- this one is good and very reasonably priced!

Ingredients
Chestnut flour- 1 cup
Eggs- 2
Sparkling Water/Seltzer- 1cup
Pinch of Salt
Almond Oil or Ghee- 1 Tablespoon
Baking Soda- 1/2 Teaspoon
Mix all well together!
Heat Waffle Maker and pour in! Flip Waffle Maker while making- total time should be around 5 minutes (2.5 min on each side)
