    The Probiotic That Works for Me

    Gut Health- this is something I’m pretty much obsessed with. And something I didn’t start paying attention to until the past few years. As part of a healthy gut diet I started incorporating a probiotic a few months ago and let me tell you that it has been life changing. The probiotic that works for me is from SEED and I’m going to tell you why.

    First let me start off by being totally transparent and that I am an ambassador for the brand, so if you purchase something with my code I do get a small % (and it is SUPER appreciated!). But also let me tell you that I don’t promote anything that I wouldn’t personally feel good taking. I have been taking SEED now for 3 months and have never felt better.

    MY EXPERIENCE

    I’ve suffered from bloating for as long as I can remember. Changing over to a wholesome (not processed) diet this past year definitely helped but I still found myself lying down to go to bed and having this weird pain in my lower abdomen. I researched and researched probiotics (this is what I do with everything) and found SEED. I was very impressed with all the research THEY put into their product and how everything from the synbiotic (pre+probiotic) to their packaging is thought through in detail.

    After taking SEED for a few days I felt a difference and now a few months later I can tell you that my stomach has never been flatter, I’ve never been more regular with bathroom trips and the pain is gone! Whenever I eat this salad peoples think it’s a Cesar Salad! Close, but not quite! I actually think it tastes better and I know exactly what I’m putting into it!

*for homemade roasted sunflower seeds aka “the crunch”- put raw (unsalted, unroasted) sunflower seeds on a dry pan and add cayenne pepper- let heat up and roasted about ~3 minutes or until golden!

I used to get headaches all the time but since I started eating intuitively and paying attention to my body (listening when it needs rest, feeding it supplements that it needs and avoiding foods that don’t make me feel good), my headaches are very rare!
On the occasion that I do get one, I wanted to something that was natural so I gave White Willow Bark drops a try about a year ago. I was shocked they worked!!
I keep a bottle in the house and then take one with me in my bag when I’m out of the house or for traveling.
