Easy Chickpea Hummus Recipe

It includes very few ingredients and takes no time to make. You can use a food processor or a blender and that’s pretty much it!

It is super easy to make and you can play around with the seasonings based on your preferences. I personally love a classic flavor which is what I put together below!
Ingredients
Chickpeas or Garbanzo Beans (1 can)
Chickpea Canned Juice (1/4 cup)
Tahini (1 tablespoon)
Lemon (1/2 juice squeezed)
Olive Oil (1-2 tablespoons)
Garlic (1-2 cloves)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Pepper (sprinkle)
Cumin (1/2 teaspoon, optional)
Paprika (1/2 teaspoon, optional)
Chili Pepper (dash, optional)
Cayenne Pepper (dash, optional)
Instructions
- Drain the canned chickpeas and reserve 1/4 cup of liquid on the side.
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Blend until creamy and do a taste test!
