Whenever I eat this salad peoples think it’s a Cesar Salad! Close, but not quite! I actually think it tastes better and I know exactly what I’m putting into it!

*for homemade roasted sunflower seeds aka “the crunch”- put raw (unsalted, unroasted) sunflower seeds on a dry pan and add cayenne pepper- let heat up and roasted about ~3 minutes or until golden!

One of the most dreaded workouts but there are so many variations and I always say to listen to your body and what you can handle!

Planks aren’t just for the abs also- they activate other muscles including the glutes, hamstrings and lower back (especially when I add a leg lift 🤪)

I wasn’t going to post this video because I didn’t like how it came out with the seaweed in the front. But then I remembered that just like I had to step over the seaweed to get to the beautiful ocean, life isn’t perfect and you will have moments that aren’t easy and that you need to step through to get to the beauty.
